Paragraph 30 (4) of the Decision of His Honour Judge Thomas Au dated 11 June 2008 should be amended and read as follows:

“The 2nd Third Party shall pay the 3rd Defendant its costs in both the main action and in the third party proceedings against the 1st and 2nd Third Parties Party on indemnity basis, to be taxed if not agreed, with certificate for Counsel.  Such costs should be taxed at the High Court scale up to the date of the order for transfer on 8 June 2007, and thereafter at the District Court scale.”
