The following paragraphs of the judgment should be amended and read as follows:

1. Paragraph 24:  

“...requiring the private individuals to sell the respective properties at a public tender auction with a reserved price...”

2. Paragraph 132:

“...in deciding whether to make the order for sale, does not need to weight (sic) and consider...”

3. Paragraph 176:
