‘The plaintiff is a restaurant worker, and she complained of a sprained back when mobbing the floor.’  should be changed to ‘The plaintiff is a restaurant worker, and she complained of a sprained back when mopping the floor.’

2.Paragraph 3,  page 2:-

‘The plaintiff has retained Dr. Johnson Lam, orthopaedic expert, and the defendant, Dr. Danny Choi.’  should be changed to ‘The plaintiff has retained Dr. Johnson Lam, orthopaedic expert, and the defendant, Dr. Danny Tsoi.’
