CORRIGENDA

Kindly note the following corrections in the judgment handed down by H. H. Judge Yung on 22^nd October, 2008.

1.Page 6, para. 14 in line two, ‘a month the Defendant would have’ should read as ‘a month the Plaintiff would have’.

2.Page 8, para. 26 and 27 be replaced by the following:

26. For Pre-Trial Loss of Earnings, and Special Damages I award a total sum of $363,987.80 (($372,910+$10,235) x 0.95) and with interest at half judgment rate from date of accident to date of judgment.

27. Judgment be entered for the Plaintiff against both Defendants in the sum of $1,097,620.80, and with interest on $190,000 thereof at 2% from the date of writ to date of judgment and with interest on a further sum $363,987.80 thereof at half judgment rate from date of accident and to date of judgment.

3.Page 8, para. 28, add one sentence, i.e. the Plaintiff’s own costs to be taxed in accordance with the Legal Aid Regulations.
