1.On page 5 at the 3^rd line of paragraph 11, the scale of costs to be taxed on “District Court scale” instead of “High Court scale”;

2.On pages 9 and 10 at the 1^st and 2^nd lines of paragraph 21, the scale of costs agreed by parties should be on “District Court scale” instead of “High Court scale”; and

3.On page 10, the order (4) of paragraph 22 should be read as “The costs are to be taxed on District Court scale with certificate for counsel if not agreed.”.
