1.  To be inserted at the beginning of paragraph 2: “At the hearing, the two directors mentioned in Master Pang’s order were referred to as “the defendant” and in these Reasons, the same terminology will be used.”

2.  For “the defendant” in paragraph 3 (page 2 line F), substitute “Palace Dreams Ltd”.
