1. 葉平東（“ 平東 ”）為兄，葉平南（“ 平南 ”）為弟，他倆因兩組商用物業權益互相興訟。原申索為 平東 訴 平南 ，反申索為 平南 訴 平東 。根據平東一方的開案陳詞，就 平東 有關第一組物業（即位於文咸街之物業）原申索的濟助， 平東 現確認 平南 已於是次聆訊之半年前悉數支付及提交帳目， 平東 亦已滿意接受，獨剩訟費未議。是次聆訊因此只關乎 平南 就第二組物業（即位於荃灣之物業）反申索的濟助。
