1. The family of Tom (the Plaintiff) live in Tsuen Wan. In the afternoon of 29 May 2005, then 8-year-old Tom together with his mother, Madam Wong, and his 16-year-old sister took the train from MTR (the Defendant)’s Tsuen Wan Station for their destination Causeway Bay.
