1.The first sentence in paragraph 129 in page 45 of the Decision is amended as follows:

" 129. I further direct the Defendant to (a) compile the assessment bundle pursuant to paragraph 16 of Practice Direction 18.1 to be lodged and served 7 days before the aforesaid hearing date, and (b) draw up the orders made at the hearing on 26^th February 2009 and herein in Chinese and serve the same on the Defendant Plaintiff.   "

2.The second sentence in paragraph 132 in page 46 of the Decision is amended as follows:

" 132.    ..……………… However, I have instructed my clerk to inform the Defendant Plaintiff that if he so requires a court translator will be arranged to verbally translate this Decision into punti language for him at the Wanchai Law Courts at a mutually convenient date and time. "
