1. Both appellants appeal against sentences of eighteen months' imprisonment imposed for unlawful possession of dangerous drugs. The police raided premises in Shek Kip Mei Resettlement Estate and they found the two appellants and a woman actively engaged in packing over 30 grammes of dangerous drugs.
