1. The Appellant appeals against a sentence of twelve months' imprisonment for unlawful possession of dangerous drugs. He was found to have one packet containing 0.4 gramme of a mixture containing 0.2 gramme of salts of esters of morphine. His complaint is that some defendants have been sentenced to shorter terms of imprisonment although they had more drugs. I can well understand that they have. The Appellant is a man of 27 years of are and he already has been before the court on five previous o
