Kindly note the following corrections in the written Reasons for Judgment of the above-mentioned case handed down by The Honourable Mr Justice Yam 22 September 2008:-

(1)   In paragraph 1 at page 1O :  to delete “have”

(2)   In paragraph 3 at page 2D :  “is” should read “are”

(3)   (a) In paragraph 9(1) at page 3K :  to delete “of”

(b) In paragraph 9(1)(i) at page 3N :  “preceding” should read “subsequent”

(c) In paragraph 9(1)(iii) at page 3Q :  “the person  executed” should read “the person who executed”

(4)   In paragraph 13 at page 6B :  to delete “by”

(5)   (a) In paragraph 16 at page 6N :  “it was provided under section 93(1)(c)” should read “it is provided under section 93(1)(b)”

(b) In paragraph 16 at page 6O :  to delete “as follows”

(6)   In paragraph 18 at page 7S :  “the same effect that” should read “the same effect, namely that ”

(7) In paragraph 18 at page 8B :  “there was the clear intention” should read “there is a clear intention”

(8)  In paragraph 20 at page 8P :  “26 May 1993” should read “29 April 1993”  

(9)  In paragraph 21 at page 9E :  to delete “for a long time”

(10) In paragraph 24 at page 9O :  to delete “by consent”
