1. By this action started in 2002, the Plaintiff seeks to claim damages for personal injuries suffered by her on 8 April 1999 whilst she was disembarking from a ferry operated by the Defendant at the old Central Ferry Pier. The Amended Writ of Summons, which was generally indorsed, was served on the Defendant in early 2003.
