1. By a written agreement dated 2 October 2004 (“the Agreement”), the Plaintiff (“Tsang”) agreed to purchase a three storey house (“the House”) to be built by the 1 st defendant (“Hing Lung”) on a piece of land in Tai Po known as Sub-section G1 of Lot 1604 in D.D. 17 at the price of HK$4.5m.
