Besides, at page 24, line Q of paragraph 68(c), the word “award” should be “awards”. Furthermore, there is a new paragraph 70 added in the end of the Judgment at page 25 as follows: “70. The Plaintiff’s own costs be taxed in accordance with the Legal Aid Regulation.” Please amend accordingly. Dated this 29th day of June 2009.
