1. Since 1995, the 1 st Plaintiff has been a provider of real time price information on securities and derivatives, and was, from 2004 until about July 2002, a provider of an electronic and internet trading system, marketed as “eTrade”, to banks and brokerage firms. Since July 2002, the 2 nd Plaintiff has been a provider of the said “eTrade” services. The parent company of the Plaintiffs is the Hong Kong Economic Times Holdings Limited. The Defendant, a company engaged in securities trading,
