1. This is an action for breach of contract. The plaintiffs in High Court Action No 900 of 2006 (“HCA 900/2006”) are the defendants in High Court Action No 945 of 2006 (“HCA 945/2006”). They operate two conventional day schools and a group of eleven tutorial schools under the name of King's Glory Educational Centre (“KG”).
