In the Decision of the above case dated 10 July 2009, the following corrections are to be made: -

1.  Paragraph 6, lines 2-3,delete “ of the defence ”.

2.  Paragraph 6, line 3, before “ be struck out ” add “ and paragraph 7 (on the intention point) of the defence ”.

3.  Paragraph 11, line 2, after “ Paragraphs 4-6 ” add “ 7 ”.
