A written judgment in this matter was given on 30 July 2009 in which judgment was given to the plaintiff for 558,783.67 Euro dollars but that interest, although claimed by the plaintiff, had been omitted to be dealt with.

Accordingly, there will be interest upon the judgment sum at 9% p.a. from the date of the writ until date of judgment and thereafter at judgment rate until payment.
