1. Akai Holdings Limited (In Liquidation) (“Akai”) was incorporated in Bermuda. It was formerly known as Semi-Tech Global Company Limited. At all material times, its shares were listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKSE”). It was ordered to be wound up in Hong Kong on 23 August 2000 and in Bermuda on 29 September 2000.
