The issue before me today is as to whether or not the Petitioners' costs of employing Mr Dennis Chan Ming-ying and Mr Raymond Lo Cheung-kwong in these proceedings should be recoverable on taxation of the costs of these proceedings which were awarded, following argument as to costs, to the Petitioner, to be paid by the Respondents.
