1.I am satisfied that in the circumstances of the case and having regard to your character and previous conduct, it is in your interest and the public interest that you should undergo a period of cure and rehabilitation in a drug addiction treatment centre.

2.This order will be concurrent with your present sentence under TMC1938/2009.

3.The order today will be recorded as a conviction.

4.I will make no order in respect of the suspended sentence under TMC2984/2007.
