In paragraph 41 of the Reasons for judgement handed down on 11 November 2009, the sentences ‘I concluded that the fair order for costs would be plaintiff’s costs in the cause. I so ordered’ be deleted and amended as ‘I ordered that costs of the Summons be to the 1st Defendant and costs of the hearing on 7 October 2009 be the Plaintiff’s costs in the cause’.
