In this case the Defendants are claiming that by adverse possession they have obtained a good possessory title and as a result have extinguished the Plaintiff’s title to part of an alleyway which runs behind the Lee Theatre in Causeway Bay which is owned by the Plaintiff and in the past by its predecessors-in-title.
