1. This was an appeal from a judgment of Deputy High Court Judge Carlson given on 22 January 2009 after an extensive hearing. The claims before the judge had been for a declaration that various agreements made between the plaintiff and the first and second defendants were binding and enforceable and for damages for breach of those contracts.
