‘Where the expert evidence is plainly inadmissible or irrelevant, the Court ought to exercise its discretion to admit it (see Wong Hoi Fung supra para. 11).’ should be changed to ‘Where the expert evidence is plainly inadmissible or irrelevant, the Court ought to exercise its discretion to exclude it (see Wong Hoi Fung supra para. 11).’
