Please note the following corrigenda in the Decision of the above-mentioned case handed down on 15 March 2010:-

Page 7, between line (D) and line (F)	“but in complicated building contract contractor should be allowed to choose the employer which was working for or to whom it was providing services” should be substituted by “that in complicated building contracts, the contractor should be allowed to choose the employer who he was working for or to whom he was providing services”
Page 9, line (D)	“rights to all” should be substituted by “rights at all”
Page 9, line (N)	“concerns” should be substituted by “serves”
