1.I have read the affirmation of the 1st Plaintiff.  The Defendant has not attended court today to oppose the application.  The contents of the said affirmation remain unopposed. 

2.I accept the contents of the said affirmation as being truthful.  There are, therefore, sufficient grounds to support the present application. 

3.I grant an order in terms of item 1 of the summons.  As for item 2 of the summons, I order that the costs of and incidental to this application be paid by the Defendant to the 1st and 2nd Plaintiffs, to be taxed, if not agreed.
