1. Defendant, you have pleaded guilty to an offence of trafficking in a dangerous drug, contrary to section 4(1)(a) and (3) of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance. You admitted that on 15 October 2009, at the lift lobby of the ground floor of Block B, Champagne Court, No. 16 Kimberley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, you unlawfully trafficked in 2,000 tablets containing 14.02 grammes of nimetazepam.
