CORRIGENDUM

1.In the first sentence of paragraph 19, add the word “cheque” after the word “post-dated” and in the third sentence, replace the word “his” before the word “maintained” with the word “he”.

2.The paragraph number of the paragraph begun with the phrase “it does not follow…” should be “20A” instead of “21”.

3.In the first sentence of paragraph 24, replace the word “monthly” with the word “month”.

4.In the last sentence of paragraph 26, add the word “to” between the word “seek” and the word “explain”.

5.In paragraph 44, replace “HK$9,240 x 4/5 x 866/30 = HK$213,382.40” with “HK$9,680 x 4/5 x 866/30 = HK$223,543.47”.

6.In the third sentence of paragraph 45, replace the words “Ahmen’s solicitors” with “Altaf’s solicitors”.

7.In the table under paragraph 46, replace the figure “HK$213,382.40” with “HK$223,543.47” and the figure “HK$310,720.40” with “HK$320,881.47”.
