Paragraph 3, page 52:-

“Cost order nisi that the Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff the costs of the action, including any costs reserved, to be taxed if not agreed. “ shall be changed to “Cost order nisi that the Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff the costs of the action, including any costs reserved, to be taxed if not agreed.  Unless any of the parties applies by summons to vary it, the cost order nisi shall be made absolute 14 days from the date of the judgment.”
