At the last page of the Decision, after paragraph 22 add the following paragraph and re-number the existing paragraph 23 to 24,

“23.    I should add, that Mr Pirie has informed me that bankruptcy proceedings have been taken by the Plaintiffs in HCA20094 of 1998 including the current Petitioning Creditor, against Mr David Fan Chun Shing a partner in Livasiri & Co.  This arises out of the same set of proceedings, and the same judgment which was pronounced against the judgment debtor in this case.  The Petition against Mr Fan has been stayed on terms of settlement requiring Mr Fan to pay $15 million to the Petitioning Creditor, and such is contained in a Tomlin Order drafted by the LCP, the same firm of solicitors representing the Petitioning Creditor in this case.”
