Kindly note that at page 17 of the Judgment handed down on the 3^rd of May 2010, the following quoted paragraph be inserted in between paragraphs 67 and 68 and be numbered as paragraph 68:

“Interest at half judgment rate on special damages and pre-trial loss of earnings from the date of the accident to the date of judgment and thereafter at judgment rate until payment and interest at 2% for PSLA from the date of the writ to the date of judgment and thereafter at judgment rate until payment.”

The original paragraph 68 be re-numbered as paragraph 69.

Please amend accordingly.
