1. At the late night of 8 April 2005, a traffic accident occurred near the exit of the Hunghom Cross Harbour Tunnel in Kowloon involving the private car driven by Ng , the 1 st Defendant, and a bus of which the Plaintiff was a passenger. The Plaintiff commenced legal proceedings in the High Court for damages against Ng. The insurer of the car joined as the 2 nd Defendant.
