The appellant, who has over 20 previous convictions, 19 for theft, appeals the imposition of a sentence of 4 months imprisonment, on a plea of guilty, for yet another theft committed immediately after his release from prison for the previous theft offence. The sentence is entirely appropriate. The appeal is dismissed.
