1. On 22 July 2006 the Plaintiff suffered an accident when he was employed as a general labourer by the 1 st Defendant working at 12 Dai Kwai Street, Tai Po Industrial Estate, New Territories, Hong Kong (“the Construction Site”).  The 1 st Defendant was the sub-contractor of the 2 nd Defendant and the 2 nd Defendant was the sub-contractor of the 3 rd Defendant.
