1. D1 and D2 face a joint charge of trafficking in dangerous drugs, contrary to s.4(1)(a) and (3) of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, Cap.134. It is alleged that they on 24 th July 2009, outside Tai Hing Roast Restaurant, Shop nos.26-31, ground floor, Charming Garden, no.8 Hoi Ting Road, Mongkok Kowloon, together with a person unknown, unlawfully trafficked in a dangerous drugs, namely 26.92 grammes of a powder containing 21.93 grammes of Ketamine.
