Please note the following corrigenda in the Judgment of the above-mentioned case handed down on 1 June 2010:-

In the Heading, "KEUNG HON FAI " as the "3^rd Defendant " deleted.

The word "Defendants " or "Defendants’" as appeared in the following parts of the Judgment be replaced by the word "Defendant" or "Defendant’s " respectively.

i.      4, paragraph 14, lines 1, 2 & 6;

ii.     Page 7, paragraph 24, line 1; paragraph 26, line 5 and paragraph 28, line 2;

iii.    Page 9, paragraph 38, line 1;

iv.    Page 14, paragraph 59, lines 2 & 3;

v.     Page 15, paragraph 60, line 1; and paragraph 61, line 5; and

vi.    Page  16, paragraph 62, line 15; and paragraph 64, line 1.

The last sentence of paragraph 47 in page 12 should be "It is in no way incredible that as long as the water leakage onto the premises was tolerable, he would not take further action such as litigation."

The words "Hongkong and Shanghai Bank" in paragraph 75, line 5 of the Judgment should be read as "The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited".
