1.The matters raised by the applicant relate mainly to the circumstances surrounding the taking of the inculpatory statement the applicant made after his arrest. The circumstances were considered carefully by the Judge who was satisfied that it was a voluntary statement. There are no grounds to justify this court interfering with the Judge's findings.

2.The application for leave to appeal against conviction is dismissed.
