I have before me 12 applications made by subsidiaries of Fine Profit Enterprises Limited (“Fine Profit”) for orders under section 111(2) of the Companies Ordinance extending the time for convening the applicants’ annual general meetings for 2007 and 2008 and extending time under section 122(1B) of the Companies Ordinance for the applicants to lay their profit and loss accounts before their shareholders in general meeting.
