1. This action is commenced by the Plaintiff (" Siu Lin " ) , against her eldest sister (" Siu Chun " ) as Defendant, for recovery of a sum of $200,000. Siu Lin claims that the sum was advanced by her to Siu Chun in August 2003, on the basis that it was to be repaid upon demand.
