1. On 8 th October 2010, after two days’ trial on both liability and quantum, judgment was given for the Plaintiff who is a minor suing by his next friend. In that judgment, costs order nisi was made that the Defendant do pay the Plaintiff costs of the action (with all costs reserved, if any) to be taxed if not agreed.
