1. In the present action the Plaintiff claimed against the Defendant for injuries suffered at the traffic accident on 25 October 2004 at or about 5:15 p.m. on Tak Yan Street, Hong Kong. The Plaintiff, Aqsa Rana, was borne on 27 June 1999. She was aged 5 years and 4 months at the time of the accident. At the date of trial, she was 8 years and 3 months old.
