Kindly note the following corrections in the written Reasons for Judgment of the above-mentioned case handed down by The Honourable Mr Justice Yam in Chambers on 21 September 2010 :-

(1)     On line 3 of paragraph 14 at page 6 is amended by deleting the “these things” and be replaced by the “them” ;

(2)      On line 2 of paragraph 15 at page 6 is amended by deleting the “will” and be replaced by the “would” ; and

(3)      On line 4 of paragraph 28 at page 13 is amended by deleting the “make” and be replaced by the “made”.
