Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment handed down on 6^th January 2011:-

Paragraph 12 be amended as follows:-

“I order that the Defendant do pay, within 14 days from today, the Plaintiff the sum of HK$177,919.00, with interest thereon, from 2^nd of July 2009 to 5^th January 2011 at 2% p.a.; interest on HK$177,919.00 from 6^th January 2011 to satisfaction at judgment rate.”
