1.The last sentence in paragraph 18 should read:

“The respondents had applied to the Court of Final Appeal for leave to appeal. The hearing of the appeal is pending.”

2.In the second sentence of paragraph 26, the phrase after the coma should read:

“so that time should only start to run against the respondents as from the filing of the affidavit in January 2010.”
