1. The Defendant, D2 on the amended indictment and so termed throughout, pleaded guilty before me to 20 counts, namely 19 counts of theft contrary to Section 9 of the Theft Ordinance, Cap. 210 and 1 count of attempted theft, contrary to Section 9 of the Theft Ordinance, Cap. 210 and Section 159G of the Crimes Ordinance, Cap. 200. Of these 20 counts, 6 were offences where he was jointly charged with D1 on the amended indictment.
