COURT: Pang Hang-ki, you stand convicted on your own plea of guilty of one charge of trafficking in a dangerous drug. The quantity of drugs involved is 489.90 grammes of a solid containing 360.96 grammes of cocaine.
For that amount of drugs I adopt a starting point of 14 years.
I have taken into account everything urged in mitigation on your behalf, including your plea of guilty for which I shall give you a full one-third discount, reducing the starting point to one of 9 years and 4 months. You will therefore go to prison for 9 years and 4 months.
