Page 1, “Date of Decision”  should read as   “Date of Judgment”; and

Page 3, paragraph 6:-

“6. Following the judgment, the defendant had by summons date 26 October 2010 applied to Judge Poon for leave to appeal against the judgment. Judge Poon refused the application on 25 January 2011.”

should read as:

“6. Following the judgment, the defendant applied to Judge Poon for leave to appeal against the judgment. Judge Poon refused the application on 25 January 2011.”
