Page 4, between line (I) and line (J), paragraph 7		“I made an order to that effect.” should be substituted by “No order was made to that effect on that day.”
Page 4, between line (K) and line (L), paragraph 8		“At a further directions hearing on 7 October 2011 the issue came before me again.” should be substituted by “At a further directions hearing on 23 September 2011 the issue came before me again and I made an order that the wife should file a schedule of damages in the tort action by 7 October 2011.”
